I did this leaving the gravy off because my hubby doesn't care for gravy and I figured others might not like the gravy or wanted to use a different gravy. I don't use as much salt as the recipe states. I usually just add a dash or 2. I also only use Sunflower oil instead of Vegetable or Canola oil. The Nutritional info might be diff with Vegetable or canola oil.
