Cookbook creator says: i cooked this healthy meal for my family..and my husband loved it,he says he would have it again.he asked..can i have seconds?? so it was a hit! i didnt add as much water(didnt want it to be so runny)it thickens up as it sits for a few minutes.

This is a delicious, light, refreshing dessert. It's low cal and sugar and can be made with the lite pie filling in any flavor. Note that this needs to be made the night before to soften the graham crackers.
