Cookbook creator says: Looks good, tho I'm leary about the oats... perhps grind them finer? Also! No spiciness for me, so maybe replace hot pepper with red bell pepper. That sounds yummy! Also! Note the fact that this has to be chilled 30 mins (or overnight, either way)
