Preheat oven to 450. spray baking sheet with non stick spray. place tilapia on sheet and bake for 5 mins. Meanwhile mix remaining ingredients together. Flip fish over and spread parmesan mixture evenly on each fliet. Continue to bake for another 5 minutes or until fish is done and parmesan topping is lightly browned.

i made my own applesauce for this in my blender with the peel. I couldn't find it in the search so I used the next best thing, but I'm sure it would make a difference. I also sprinkle in some bran for added "kick" lol

My one major food weakness is Reeses' Cups. I can't get enough of the combination of Chocolate and Peanut Butter with that little bit of saltiness. This recipe was made up to satisfy that craving, and at just 45 calories per "cookie" it does a pretty good job.
