Love pumpkin pie? Hate the guilt? The preservatives of the store made brands? This is an easy to make and bake pumpkin pie, best of all using fat free milk, egg whites, and low fat pie crust cut the calories and fat more than in half! This tastes great and is excellent with fat free cool whip!!! Feel free to make it full fat if you dare, or add a little bit more spices for more of kick. Great for thanksgiving!! Enjoy!

A high protein mookie - a muffin & cookie combo! Sort of like a cookie, sort of like a muffin...very tasty! High protein, low fat.

Milk free! (I recently added 1/4 cup of margarine to the recipe... they taste better with margarine. But, margarine can be omitted!)

So very moist and NO ADDED eggs or oil!
Obviously mayo is made from eggs and oil. Also, I use Hellman's (Best Foods) Light Mayo but it is still pretty healthy with regular. Moistest cake ever though. The family loves it. For real decadence frost with Sander's Frosting. YUM!

Besides being low sugar and low fat, this snack bread is an easy way to incorporate vitamins and minerals from fruits and vegetables into your diet, with only 75 calories. I dust powdered sugar on top and serve warm with smart balance or peanut butter. Optional chocolate chips are soo good in this, but it will affect the calorie content a little.
