I found this recipe online using chocolate Whey Powder as I was looking for a way to make my own Frap using instant coffee. I thought it was worth sharing for sure!! I left out the chocolate syrup and replaced it with creamer.

This is my go-to smoothie. Perfect for breakfast before or after working out at the Y. With peanut butter and yogurt, it packs a walloping 18 grams of protein. Carob flour adds calcium, iron, and sweetness, making added sweetener unnecessary.
