We ran out of tuna. I remembered I bought some "crab" so this is what I made. It's usually how I make it. You can add celery and/or onion if you like yours crunchy-which I do not.

This salad is great served by itself on a bed of lettuce, with crackers, on top of sliced english cucumbers, or in a whole wheat hot dog bun as a "lobster roll".

However, my favorite use of this salad is as an "ingredient" in a few of my other recipes. Check out my recipe box on how I use it in my Seafood Stuffed Mushrooms or my Crustless Seafood Microwaved Quiche.
