This sauce recipe was based on a Jo Mama's World Famous Spaghetti sauce recipe that I modified for taste. When I make this sauce, it quickly disappears in my house. Everyone seems to loves this sauce.

This recipe is from "Clueless in the Kitchen" by Evelyn Raab. This delicious chicken peanut butter sauce was originally meant to be served over pasta, but it's also great over rice or Thai noodles.Submitted by FITGIRL83
Enjoy this healthy and easy-to-make slow cooker salsa chicken recipe.
This was adapted from several recipes I found here - with a few minor changes. This was SO easy to make and DELICIOUS. My version is a little spicy. It's surprisingly filling! I like to use the Rotel cilantro and lime variety when I can find it.Submitted by MRSWESTY
I absolutely love this salad! You make it the day before you plan to serve it. It makes a LOT so the calories really don't turn out to be too high considering the ingredients! Can be used year-round but we love it in the spring/summer. This recipe uses light ingredients and you cannot tell a difference. If you want to use full-fat it will not hurt, but will change the nutrition stats!Submitted by RACHELMARLENA
These come out very moist. I found this on the back of a grocery store ad and made a few changes. The original called for 2 tsp of Thyme, 1/4 c of Parmesan, & 2 c of cornflakes. I measured after I dipped and found I had a good 1/2 c of mixture left so I cut the recipe back accordingly.
* For those of you that are salt restricted- You might want to leave out the salt as there's probably enough in the Parmesan cheese. I just sprinkled a little salt over the bowl.
I also extended the cooking time. The original time was 20 mins.Submitted by NANADEB49
I got the idea for this recipe from the Hungry Girl 200 reciepes for under 200 cal cookbook, just substituting chicken for tilapia. It was soooo good and takes care of the BBQ and sweet cravings in one shot. My kids even loved it. Hey, it got a picky three year old to eat...Submitted by DANWERNECKE
A new take on an old favorite. Packets make for easy cleanup.
