Cookbook creator says: Very tasty, my kids liked the flavor. I added 1 onion and 1 shallot (chopped), 1.7 lbs chicken breast, 3 cups chicken broth, no peas, added 2 handfuls mixed frozen vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini), and calories per serving were 254! Salt & pepper added to taste.
