Cookbook creator says: I usually serve this as pork tacos. I use a corn tortilla that's been lightly fried, shredded cabbage and a mixture of Mexican sour cream and a mashed avocado seasoned with a little garlic salt.

It's also really good with your favorite BBQ sauce served on toasted buns.
