Cookbook creator says: Very good. I used 1.65 lbs of boneless chicken and cut each breast into 3 chunks. I used 1.5 times the other ingredients to compensate. I rubbed the spices. Next time I'll add rosemary.

Cookbook creator says: Good. I will make it a few times/year. I used 1 can of diced tomatoes and added a little more red pepper. Put the vegies and sauces in a saucepan to simmer, covered while cutting and cooking the chicken. Add 1 can of corn at the end.

Cookbook creator says: Use a full can of soup and a full jar of the sauce
(which is not Alfredo). Use a whole red, yellow, and green pepper, sliced. Omit the asparagus. Serve over linguini. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese. The colored peppers add alot to the recipe!

Cookbook creator says: I added garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika to the flour mixture. I also used the italian flavored Panko. It was nice and crispy.

Cookbook creator says: Fantastic. Kind of spicy (because of the Rotel brand tomatoes), but the family liked it that way. Add a can of mexican corn. I used unfrozen chicken and cooked it for 1 hr, 20 minutes.
