I would like to try this recipe with ground poultry or bison. This dish is protein and carb combined, so just add some veggies. I like with herbed, diced tomatoes on top with some steamed or roasted asparagus (see recipe in cookbook) on the side. YUM!Submitted by FIT_ARTIST
Not sure what to call this. It is adapted from the old 70's cottage cheese-and-cornflakes loaf recipe from Kellogg. More fiber and added veggies with less fat but still vegetarian, simple, filling and high protein. NOT vegan, feeds 10 or more, kids like it.Submitted by JODIBIRD1
