This is a recipe that is supposed to be like the meat sauce served at Vince's Spaghetti in Southern California. It was published in the Press Enterprise several years ago in Riverside, CA and has become one of our family favorites. I freeze leftovers in small microwaveable containers, and place them back in the refridgerator the day before I want to reheat them.
