This is a very tasty and easy to make dinner. The salmon is cooked in its own tin foil parcels to absorb all the flavours and remain succulent. I LOVE Charoset, but I don't like alcohol, so I use juice. I also used more apples than I normally use this year, and the juice just overwhelmed the rest of the recipe, so I added matzo and cream cheese.
