Black beans are full of good protein and fiber, and I finally found a way to make them taste good! This recipe is great on turkey tacos or by itself as a side dish!

Please note, I'm a dump cook, so it's hard to give exact measurements, but I'll try and get you close!

Moist, delicious cake that your friends won't know is healthier for them than the regular version! My mother-in-law made this for my birthday, based on a regular recipe with Splenda substitutes and adding a box of sugar free pudding to keep moisture in the cake.
