These are a delicious and affordable way to enjoy cheese cake in small amounts. You can top the individual tarts with pie filling of your choice but you will need to add appropriate calories. I adapted this recipe from the original of Paula Deen of the food network.

EASY MEAL! Make some cornbread and add some orange slices to make this a complete meal. This is one of the fastest soups I have ever made and very good too! Definitely a family favorite!

I absolutely love this salad! You make it the day before you plan to serve it. It makes a LOT so the calories really don't turn out to be too high considering the ingredients! Can be used year-round but we love it in the spring/summer. This recipe uses light ingredients and you cannot tell a difference. If you want to use full-fat it will not hurt, but will change the nutrition stats!
