Cookbook creator says: I modified this recipe by using 1/2 cup unsweetend applesauce for the egg, added 1 tsp. cinnamon, and 2 TBS finely chopped walnuts. I can't figure out how to record the modifications in the recipe, so the calorie count may differ from what is shown.

Y-U-M-M-Y........one of my favorites at PF Chang's....the Soothing Chicken Lettuce Wraps!!! I've made them here with extra lean turkey, but you could easily substitute ground chicken or tofu for the turkey and add any vegetables of your choice. This recipe will leave you saying...."PF who???"
