This is my own recipe and it has plenty of veggies and some chicken and rice. It's a complete meal in one. I make up a big pot of it and then plate the rest into serving sizes and freeze it so I always have a meal prepared in case I get to busy to cook.

This burger has bacon bits in it and diced onions and full of flavor. You can put BBQ sauce if you want to. My grandson loves this He's 5 and sometimes picky.

This is an easy dip to make and it is very good. I found that Hellmans mayo works best. there is 32 severing 1 tablespoon each. keeps for about a week in fridge.

This gravy is so good and good for you. It has NO meat or meat juices. It is made from all veggies. Makes enough to go with 5 1/2 cups of rice. You can use it on potatoes too. It's a lot of veggie and little juice or gravy.
