This is seriously the world's best spinach and artichoke dip! It's creamy and fairly low fat. I use low fat cream cheese, but you could use fat free. This slimmed down version of your favorite dip is easy to make--and it's light enough for you to load up on it! This can also become a decadent pasta sauce. (As a sauce, it makes 10 servings. This takes french toast to the next level. A disastrous french toast morning made for my son's friends left me wondering if there was a better way. Needless to say my son never brought his friends for breakfast again. Since then, this french toast casserole is absolutely delicious and loved by all. It is great for days when the kids have off from school and doesn't require any last-minute preparations. Arrange the eggs, milk and flavorings the night before so the flavors have time to soak into the dry bread cubes. Delicious! Wish I would have had this recipe back then!
