Cookbook creator says: I cooked this once. It was good. But I need to add more seasonings. This will be a staple in my house. Great with a little ketchup, and whole wheat bread as a sandwich. Very filling.

Cookbook creator says: I added a dash of vanilla and 2 tbsps of flaxseed to the recipe. Also, I doubled the applesauce to make them moist. So there's a little extra cals in mine. But they are yummie!

Cookbook creator says: Delicious! I made this with 2 cans of low-sodium cream of mushroom soup. I cooked it on high for 2 hours, and then low for another two, as my chops were thin. I actually could have cooked it an hour less.

Cookbook creator says: I put this between two slices of whole wheat bread, added three slices of bread and butter pickles, (20 cals) 1/2 tbsp ketchup and sliced onions. My husband was eating Wendy's burger, tasted mine, and thought it was up to par.

Cookbook creator says: This was delicious, and EASY. I doubled the recipe, but I should cook it on low for 7 hours instead of 8 that the original recipe calls for. It was a little dry. Must adjust for my crockpot.

Cookbook creator says: I agree. These are yummy. I did not have minced garlic so I used 1 tbsp of garlic powder, and doubled the other seasonings. I cooked them a about 7 minutes, on high broil, turned them over, cooked on low broil for another 5 minutes, and back to high broil for another 3 minutes.
