Ground chicken can be substituted for the turkey. For low carb, serve with lettuce wrappers. Otherwise serve with jasmine or brown rice. Quick and easy!

This is a South Beach Diet Phase 1 recipe that I love...and so does everyone else that I cook for....The ingredients listed above may differ in amounts according to the weight of the chicken and how many pistachios are used so you will need to recalculate the nutritional information each time. I allow 3 oz of chicken per serving as a serving size.
