I really wanted taco salad so I decided to try a chicken version. Decent on calories and good on protein. You can add beans to increase protien but will need to re-calculate for fat and calories

I promise this is the best beef stew you will ever have. It is made with round steak, which cooks more tender than stew beef, but stew beef can be substituted if not available.

As a Brasilian, I grew up eating picadinho, a ground meat dish. This is a lighter version of picadinho, made with 94% ground turkey. I flavored it with mexican spices (cilantro, cumin, a dash of chilli powder and a pinch of cayenne).
Picadinho goes great inside a quesadilla, stuffed into a baked potato, served along side veggies and oven fries...
