Low-fat layered taco dish

Good for left over chicken or turkey. OK to sub low fat cheese.
Use spray Pam in pan. Chop onion, shred cooked chicken. Put onions and chicken in pan on stove top. Add corn, black beans, tomatoes, and taco seasoning. Mix well. Heat until warm.
Cut tortillas in half. One single layer on bottom of 9 x 13. Spread 1/2 meat mixture over tortillas. Add a thin layer of cheese. Add another single layer of tortillas. Add the rest of the meat mixture. Another layer of tortillas (optional) or bottle of salsa then another layer of cheese. A small disposable pan maybe be a better option for the two layers.
