Modified Version of the Recipe submitted by KHILKEY. This version removed all canned vegetables and uses real mashed potatoes. This version is slightly more calories, fat, etc, but reduced your sodium by about half.

Cookbook creator says: Just had this for dinner over CousCous (5 mg sodium). The family all loved it! So sweet, I like the apricot taste. Next time I would loose the onions. Other than that though it was great!
