This was adapted from several recipes I found here - with a few minor changes. This was SO easy to make and DELICIOUS. My version is a little spicy. It's surprisingly filling! This cosmo has just enough sweetness and tartness to take the edge off the dryness of the gin while still remaining potent and with a clean aftertaste.
