When the craving for chocolate hits, try this Chocolate-Cinnamon Bread Pudding. The warm melted chocolate makes it a definite comfort food, while the whole wheat bread and evaporated skim milk adds to its nutritional punch.
The use of canned pumpkin really packs a Vitamin A punch in these muffins.

I made this oatmeal cookie for the morning dash out to work. I dislike morning cooking, but like to eat oatmeal daily. I bake these on the weekend and have them ready for the workday mornings. Submitted by NCPAPAUL
The idea for this came from a recipe on the Rachael Ray show, but I adapted it to my family's likes, as well as made individual pies instead of the large pie.
