Wacky Mac Salad with Artichokes & Ranch Dressing (1/2 cup = 1 serving)

Salad is make with Veggie - Pasta called on my package Wacky Mac which is a multi-colored Rotini type noodle. I used 1/2 of the package or 6 oz dry noodles for this recipe. Also I used 1 whole can of 14 oz Artichoke Hearts. One can has 3 servings (4 pieces of Quartered Artichoke each). The entire can therefor has about 12 of these quartered artichokes in it. I also put in the liquid from this can. You can leave out if you prefer a less watery salad.Submitted by: ANNJUSTONCE
