Great recipe for a healthy but not always yummy food. I add lots of black pepper and a little grated parmesan cheese if I need a little extra calcium. Black Forest Brussel Sprouts
Add a LITTLE extra flavor to your veggies by pan frying up some turkey bacon while you steam your veggies until they are ALMOST DONE. Then add them to the pan with bacon and stir.
