Campbells Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo
from the back of the can - used 1 tsp evoo instead of 2 tbsp butter, added twice as much broccoli and a second can of soup. Could have used less pasta and more broccoli and gotten fewer servings.
I made this and thought, WOW, that's a lot of food. It's supposed to be 4 servings, but my big 10 inch skillet was piled high, but then my teens came home with two extra mouths. I ate about a cup, 3 of the teens ate about a cup each, the third probably about 3 cups, and my hubby ate about 2 cups - so use less pasta and you will have a regular family size meal.Submitted by: CKBYMOMMY
