Based on a recipe from a superb low carb cook, I've "Texanized" the original. Have it plain OR garnish with your choice of salsa, sour cream (or Greek yogurt), chopped pickled/fresh jalapeños, chopped tomatoes, sliced/chopped avocados. The almond flour is really optional, but included in the nutritional statistics. This was very good and much easier than stuffing the cheese into the chiles, but with pretty much the same flavor of the traditional method. Kris's 25-Minute Tangy Turkey Chili

This is a spin-off of the chili my mom makes! I turned it healthy by subbing turkey for beef and tried to reduce the sodium a bit. Took this to a TOPS holiday potluck and it was a hit!
