Sauteed Green Beans
I am not one who measures my ingredients a lot - I am more of the cook who chops and dumps into the pot!!!! So I apologize in advance if I am a little off with the amounts/measurements!!!
I buy a lot of my produce fresh from a local stand - so for the green beans, I buy them in the green cardboard box like container. I am guessing there is about 4 cups in there?!?!
This recipe can always be adjusted to taste and seasoning it is up to your imagination!!!Submitted by: BUBBABELLYBGONE

Whole Grain Blueberry Oatmeal Muffin
This is a whole grain, low calorie version of the Fannie Farmer cookbook muffin. Oatmeal, whole grain four, and Splenda is used instead of pastry flour and sugar. You could further cut it using egg substitute and oil instead of butter. I raised my kids on this muffin recipe - and have since made it a bit more healthy. Submitted by: LLCURTS

This is one of my favorites because it is easy, fast and simple and versatile. If you like brown rice, I recommend using it in this and all recipes. It takes a bit longer to cook but is worth the wait, for both nutrition and taste. There is an instant brown rice on the market now, too."
