Laura's Gabriel Method Wake-up Smoothie

I've been trying to follow the Gabriel Method and for me, making sure I get live food and omega-3's in every meal has been a challenge. This covers those bases and it's so tasty! I make it in the morning for me, my husband and our preschooler. They all love it.
I buy organic fruits and trim/chop them and freeze them myself. Sometimes you can find organic frozen strawberries, but I personally have had trouble locating them...Trader Joe's always seems to be out. Submitted by: WOBBLYMOMMY
