Cinnamon Roll Yogurt
This yogurt treat is SO good- it tastes so much like a cinnamon roll. My five-year-old likes a little extra cinnamon and honey in hers, but I like mine just like this- not too terribly sweet- the cinnamon adds a bit of sweetness that is just right. Pumpkin Pie "Pudding"
This recipe is based off of one that I read in a magazine a long time ago. You can substitute your favorite yogurt in place of the type I used, and your own spices as well! I sometimes sweeten mine with a teaspoon of brown sugar (not included in ingredients/nutritional info). Your mileage for nutritional info may vary based on what you use!
