High Protein Pancakes or Waffles
These work best as waffles. - You can double the recipe....freeze the waffles...and pop them in your toaster for a quick breakfast!
I used soy flour in this recipe to increase the protein, however you can substitute whole wheat flour and I may try adding some flax seed the next time.Submitted by: BRONKRDR1
