My hubby isn't a breakfast guy, but he will gladly consume a smoothie every morning. The secret is the frozen banana! Otherwise, I mix it up every day and simply follow the basic formula of one cup fresh fruit + 1/2 c. frozen fruit and 1/2 frozen banana + 1/2 c. liquid. The liquid can be fruit juice or milk or even yogurt.
