Preparation: The Day Before
Plan your menu.
With the first cup of tea, serve a generous tray of sandwiches: Chicken, Egg, Avocado & Shrimp Salad, Cucumber, Smoked Salmon, Goat Cheese & Watercress.
Finger foods, little sides like: Cheese, Smoked Almonds, Crab Cakes & Quiches, Crostinis and Bruchettas.
Warm freshly baked bread, Scones, Biscuits, Muffins & Tea Cakes. Spreads warm breads with Creme Fraiche, Devonshire Cream, Honey Butter and top with fresh fruit and Strawberry Preserves.
