Coco Cinnamon Peppermint Ricotta
This is a low carb low sugar (diabetic friendly) dessert. It's a good way to satisfy a craving for sweets or chocolate without having a lot of sugars. All sugars and carbs in this recipe are naturally present in the cheese.
It is great to eat as is with a spoon. But it could also be a great pie filling for a no bake pie; to keep it low carb make a crust using crushed nuts.
Make note of the serving size...it's just for 1/4 cup since that is the serving size for ricotta. Submitted by: LAETU5
