There's something really satisfying about getting a portion of vegetables into your breakfast! But don't worry, this doesn't taste like it has veg in it - think yummy carrot cake but warm and soft.

I had to improvise the recipe for times when I wanted the stew and couldn't make the roast. This is my comfort food. This is not a low calorie recipe for weight loss.
