Idaho Turkey
Red, Hot and Blue serves a dish called Idaho Pig, with Pulled Pork for a total of 1022.61 calories per serving and that is without vegetables. Due to my allergies, it is one of the few meals that I can eat out and that is almost a full day's worth of calories for me. Baked Sweet Potato
I found this recipe on recipezaar.com, but it was a higher fat and calorie version. The original recipe was posted by Tish and it's Baked Sweet Potato recipe #55678 on 'Zaar. Anyway, I had to make some significant substitutions to make the fat and calorie counts more diet friendly. It worked and this turned out fantastic!
