Kris's 25-Minute Tangy Turkey Chili
This is a spin-off of the chili my mom makes! I turned it healthy by subbing turkey for beef and tried to reduce the sodium a bit. Took this to a TOPS holiday potluck and it was a hit!

Super Yummy and Moist Zucchini Bread!
My friend brought delicious zucchini bread to a potluck and I asked for the recipe. I tweaked the recipe a bit, making it a TINY bit healthier by using half regular flour, half whole wheat (both unenriched and unbleached) and by replacing the vegetable oil with applesauce.
