Here's my recipe for primal chips or fries (depending on how you slice them.) This is based off of a recipe from 150 Things to Make with Roast Chicken by Tony Rosenfeld.

If you're not "Primal to the core" you could add 1 teaspoon brown sugar to this mix.

I LOVE tyrosalata - one of my favorite Greek dips! This was a recipe that I created and can also be found on my recipezaar account.

This recipe fits in with Primal living - no processed chemical low fat junk. Just natural ingredients without all the additives. It's great for low carb too!

This goes great on pitas or Lavash, chicken or fresh vegetables. Yum! I was trying to find a substitute for Trader Joe's Spicy Feta Dip because my family will no longer buy it because it contains canola oil. This is not as thick and clumpy due to the fact I put it in the blender. You can reduce the olives or feta in order to lower the sodium content of the salad.

The peppadew peppers are pickled sweet/hot peppers. You could substitute pepperoncinis, but the salad will lack some sweetness.
