I eat breakfast on the run almost every day, and McDonald's Egg McMuffin value meal was a common breakfast choice. Then I discovered I could make my own sandwich at home in the time it would take me to go through the drive-thru, and I could make it much healthier (and I think tastier, too!). I have even made this sandwich at work to eat at my desk by just cooking the egg and warming the ham in the microwave. No Play Spicy Chili
This chili has some heat, but can be altered to not have heat. I created this recipe on the fly one day and it has been a smash hit with everyone who tried it. This chili has a nice blend of beans and tomatoes to balance it out. If made using the Desert Pepper XXX hot Habanero Pepper Sauce it will leave that burn so good feeling. For a not so spicy chili just omit the Desert Pepper. This recipe has room for adding ingredients or omitting ingredients. I usually season my ground beef as well.
