Onion and pepper smothered round steak
This is an Emeril Lagasse recipe. I used ribeye steak and round steak the two times I made it. Husand and son LOVED it! It was a bit too spicy for myself. Meatless Chili
This is set up for dried beans. To use canned beans use 3.5 cups of kidney beans and 3.5 cups garbanzo beans.
