This goes great with the Jillian's Mexican Mole Chops also found in my recipes. She serves mango salsa with her's but I don't care for mango, so I made this tropical salsa.

Slightly changed version of Jillian's French Toast. Lower in sodium and fat and smaller portions. Picture shown with 1/2 cup dark sweet cherries (not included in nutrition).
I added Turkey to this recipe for more protein. I also omitted olive oil from her original recipe and used cooking spray so that it dropped the fat content. The changes are included in the nutrition values.
This recipe is used for a bread maker... it makes a large loaf. For serving size, slice into 10 slices then each slice halved for 20 servings.
This dip goes great with my AWESOME pita chips for a low fat filling snack!
