Low fat taco meat for a variety of purposes.
Can we say YUM!! Low fat, low carb, and does not taste "light" at all... I hate those light dressings, and this is an awesome substitute. I sat serving at half cup because I like a lot of dressing on my salad. Awesome as a dip or pasta sauce too, just use a little less almond milk and the sauce will be thicker.
OMG this dish was so good! Low carb, high protein... yes the fat content is a bit high but it's good fats and so totally healthy for you! This is a perfect dish for anyone doing low carb plan or low carb day on a carb cycling plan! Enjoy!
