Fresh tasting and hearty! This salad is a great addition to any potluck. It makes a large bowl and the flavors only improve the next day.
Delicious....and still healthy! This dish is full of vegetables and with the chicken breast, this sauce is thick and hearty enough to be a meal in itself. I suggest pouring it over cooked spaghetti squash or whole wheat noodles.
