I ran out of rice so had to make some changes to the regular recipe so here it is!
I found this on cooking light's website.
Sit down to a meat loaf in a half hour with this recipe. Serve with steamed green beans and roasted potato wedges for an at-home version of a blue-plate special.
I never make out of the can sauce I always have to liven it up a bit. I also like using fresh basil and squash but didn't have any this time around. We normally serve over spaghetti squash to keep the calories low.
slow cooked Mu Shu Pork Wraps - Can also be made with chicken but I had pork on hand.
