sweet and salty treat! I put 20 mins for prep time, but that is mostly for the time it takes to spoon out the mixture onto the wax paper.

Sauted Vegetable Pizza (whole wheat crust)

I made the crusts ahead of time,(triple recipe) rolled out & baked them for 10-15 min before freezing. I individually wrapped them, then froze. When ready to eat, pull it out of the freezer, place on pizza stone while preheating oven. Top it with your fav toppings -bake another 10-15min

Ground turkey verde bake

Variation to our family favorite Enchilada bake.This is a quick healthy meal. I'll make it ahead of time and pop it in the oven for a super quick dinner when kids have sports to get to.
