You will think that these are regular fluffy white flour pancakes! Great for diabetics!!!! This makes a big serving!
Add any seasoning you like, such as garlic salt or paprika to the fish before mixing it with the egg beaters.
Healthy on the go breakfast bars! Use whatever nuts, chocolate and dried fruit you would like. If you don't have flax seed, use an equal amount of all purpose flour.
If you double this recipe, you can use a normal 8 inch round spring form pan.
