Great muffin for the fall season.
Using whole wheat pastry flour ensures a finer texture while the nonfat yogurt replaces much of the butter to make it lighter on the calories. And adding very ripe bananas gives the bread the right amount of sweetness without all the sugar.
Use whole wheat pastry flour for better texture and add in diced ripe bananas for extra sweetness with half the sugar.
