A single serving dish which paired with fruit can serve as breakfast, lunch or snack!
A nice moist snack full of 5+ grams of fibre, low fat and lactose free. Good for breakfast with yogurt. You can substitute spelt flour for the whole wheat if you wish. These muffins are sweet and would probably taste good without the sugar if you wish to reduce the calories further.
